What if I ran for president?

If I ran for president this country would be a lot different. First I would pull all the troops out of the middle east it doesn't really make any sense why we are there. They hate us, but we think we are helping them. We rebuild their government and when we leave what do we expect to happen over there? I think chaos will return in a short amount of time, meanwhile, we are spending trillions of dollars on supplies, troops, and transportation. I think we should take care of home before we should be fixing the whole world. Why are we spending all this money, time, and effort when our country has a huge debt. There are quite a few laws I would change too. I would create a law that would turn any public space to be used how ever the public wants. So skateboarders could take advantage of parks and plazas so they can interact with the spaces however they want. This idea is based off of how it is in a lot of European countries where there are public art and sculptures that the public can interact with. In this country as new buildings and parks are built the first thing they worry about is skate stoppers and making the space anti-skateboarding. I would change all of that. This scenario would never happen, but it is kind of funny to think about. I could give presidential pardons to all skateboarders that have been ticketed and they could get their fine money back also. Anyway just a thought. haha
